Part1; Honest Conversations on Comparison with my friends Katayi, David and Mapesho
We have all heard it said,”comparison is a thief of Joy.”
But it’s seems like it’s so easy to find ourselves trapped in the habit of comparison in a world that is so obsessed with competition.
Today’s episode is really interesting because you will hear different voices, stories and perspectives on the topic of comparison.
I asked my friends David, Mapesho and Katayi to answer a few questions on comparison and I love how everyone’s perspective on the topic has brought to light so many things that will encourage us all to run our race.
Questions asked in the episode
* Have you ever struggled with comparison
* In what specific area have you struggled with comparing yourself to others
* How did that affect how you saw yourself and others
* What steps are you taking or did you take to avoid comparing yourself to others
Bible verse mentioned:
“Not that we dare to classify or compare ourselves with some of those who are commending themselves. But when they measure themselves by one another and compare themselves with one another, they are without understanding.”
