In this episode of The Outer Side, Tony is joined by Bailey Seamer from Wandering Minds Walk.
Bailey is an adventurer, mental health advocate, and motivational speaker. In 2022, Bailey walked 5500km along the entire length of the East Coast of Australia in order to raise funds and awareness for the Black Dog Institute, as well as helping to improve her own mental health.
Tony and Bailey chat about her mental health journey, the events leading up to her decision to undertake her epic walk, the good and bad experiences she had along the way, and her plans for the future.
