That's the pendulum swing we've seen in body positivity, we seem to have gone from body positivity being the mainstream, to thin being back in. Me and Megan chatted about our own experiences with the pressures of beauty standards, particularly online, the rise ozempic use, including the shocking endorsement from Serena Williams. Skinnytok and the hypocrisies plus size people face. As well as the experience of being lgbtq+ and healing your body image issues.
