When someone lacks confidence in themselves and or their abilities, and they may therefore feel inadequate, incompetent, and unloved.
There are 6 things one can do to get past Low Self-Esteem— 1. Get to know yourself. 2. Challenge any unkind thought you may have. 3. Say positive things to yourself. Replace the negative into positive. It improves the mood. 4. Say NO to the wrong things. Do not be a people pleaser. 5. Avoid comparing yourself to others. 6. Do something nice for yourself to feel better. So that you will ultimately have less low self-esteem.

What is the root of learning of Low Self-Esteem? What should we learn? 1. Learning of Low Self-Esteem starts at a young age. Example- Learning how to ride a bike. After learning how to ride, one gets a lot of praise and that raises the self esteem. 2. After we learn, we get failure or success. When we get success we get praise and we feel good. 3.
