We all love to praise. Did you know that praising can have negative consequences? The Online Samosa 00:00 A Do not praise in a fake manner. Praise and positive feedback have positive and negative repercussions'. --Incorrect praise can hurt people. --Praise must be honest and genuine and not fake. --Uncomfortable praise in the situation even if it is the enemy, must be done. Praising kids and adults is different— 1. Don’t praise kids just for showing up. Praise the difficult journey. 2. Gratitude and praise go together and they have to be earned. a. Gratitude should be given when the person has added value. b. Must point out to the value that has been added. c. Thanks should not be empty, you must be willing to do something for them. 09:50 B In a praise, the value which is provided and brought should be pointed out. 1. Praise should be for thinking, must be grateful no matter what the results are. 2. Reward and praise learning and applying the learning to think When we teach our kids, one has to follow the rule, that they must know how to react to the situation and thank the appropriate person. 12:13 C What are the things one should go out of the way to praise? What are the things one must praise in order of priority? 1. Most quality praise should be given for thinking, must be praised no matter what the result. 2.
