Episode 22: Why Cybercrime Succeeds - A Look at Dell and the Paycheck Protection Program
It isn't always the skill of the criminal which determines if an online crime is successful. A lot of the time it is the decided lack of skill of the target. In this episode Brett discusses the ease of defrauding the US Government's Stimulus program. Another example he cites is Dell which has been open to the same fraud technique for nearly two decades. But that's not all. Brett visits the AIO Crime Channel on Telegram--One of the best Telegram has to offer and chats with the fellows. The Fake News Segment discusses the links between Brett's Grandfather and President Donald Trump. And we round things out with another great Unethical Life segment which breaks down successful shoplifting as well as alternate uses for leaf blowers. It's a loaded episode not to be missed!
