We spend hours pushing our bodies to the limits, yet we spend so little time taking care of them. From counting macros, getting our fluids, eating whole foods, and sleep, these are all important, but so is maintaining our bodies.  Like nutrition, you don’t know what you don’t know, and we’re finding out that people just haven’t been given the tools to use.  We talk about flexibility, mobility, and stability. We dig into why each one is important, yet they are intertwined as a whole.
