BREAKING: White House Releases Update on the Drones Across New Jersey

BREAKING NEWS:

After months of speculation, the White House confirmed that the mysterious drones spotted over New Jersey in late 2024 were authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for research purposes and other undisclosed activities.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, speaking on behalf of newly sworn-in President Donald Trump, assured the public that the drones were not foreign threats, but a mix of FAA-approved flights, law enforcement activity, and hobbyist drones.

The drone sightings, which spread panic across the Northeast, led to temporary FAA-imposed no-fly zones and fueled conspiracy theories—including claims that the drones were connected to a foreign "mothership." Despite federal agencies stating that most sightings were due to "mistaken identity," concerns lingered over the lack of transparency regarding the research being conducted.

Critics, including New Jersey state officials, slammed the previous administration for failing to provide clear answers, while Trump vowed that his presidency would bring more transparency on drone and UAP phenomena. The FAA, FBI, and Department of Defense have yet to confirm whether the investigation into the drone activity remains open.
