On today's episode of TOB, I did a little experiment that honestly changed the way I looked at a bag of coffee. It all started when some of my Canadian friends gifted me a blend of a Medium and FRENCH DARK ROASTED coffee!!! WHAT IN THE WORLD! This led me to wonder, how would each of these two roasts taste on their own? Here it is everyone, I did the experiment so hopefully YOU try and recreate it at home!
