It's been 2 years since my last podcast, and alot has happened.

So I am back with vengeance! This is the start to a series I title "the Social experiment" 4 months without distraction from social media to truly experience my journey, and the first 48 hours told me alot...

I found my wife again after 5 years of misery and depression and something beautiful came out of it.

So i moved into my first apartment and experienced my first real break up and lost my mentor that lead me to fhe gates of depression.

Here i am a teenager/young adult who has his freedom all to be taken away, out of love. With the love i finally found a sense of purpose and a foundation was layed upon me and with that i found....God.

I just turned 18 and i started experimenting with drugs and alcohol, it took me away from my goals and lead me to a path of destruction in my life.

Graduation was a bust and the real world was about to begin.

We woke at 5am and we conquered!!!!!

So today I woke up and my leg swelled and abit of depression set in, I feel like it was on my heart to talk about this today. Luckily I have my wife to help me cope, enjoy.

Life as a kid wasn't so bad and even though the pounds added up I felt like it wasn't so bad, until I went to military school....oh boy.

So keep in mind it's my first podcast , but I wanted to tell my story of how I became a big guy. Started as a kid with freedom and in my last year of teen life everything changed.
