Hi everyone, Kirsten Chick here, nutritional therapist and author of Nutrition Brought to Life. Thanks for bearing with me while I’ve been away, and I hope you enjoyed the encore episodes I posted on Nourishing Ourselves and Mindful Mouthfuls – which are important backgrounds to today’s theme of snacks and choices.

A few weeks ago I recorded an episode all about breakfasts, and today’s is about snacks – breakfasts and snacks are the 2 things people I work with seem to need the most help with. With snacks, some want healthier snack ideas, and some want to reduce their snacking. I’m going to address both today.
