In this episode I had the pleasure to interview Nurse Shantell Hayward. Shantell is a Master prepared registered nurse in the area of clinical nurse leadership. Shantell is also a board- certified medical surgical nurse, Clinical nurse instructor, a home health educator and served over 22 years in the United States Air Force. Shantell is the mother of two young adults who are currently in college. Shantell shares her story on how she pushed past the fear to the other side of her dreams.
