We talk about the rise and coming through the levels to find his first job in management at Banbury united in Step 3 of Non-league football. How he changed Banbury and won the league getting them into the National League North. We finish talking about his current role at Solihull Moors as Manager and how he took them to Wembley twice in a league play off final & FA Trophy final but came up short.
