Izzy Finds Her Friends
For this episode Story Stitchers' Tom Barry collaborated with the children from Year 3 at Bruche Primary Academy School in Warrington to create a tale of friendship and magic in the local Woolston Park. Tom & Flick Goodman then turned their work into a story book. Tom & Flick then returned to the class for workshops and recordings to bring the story of Izzy and her friends to life for this podcast.
Izzy is all alone and no one answers her call. She decides to use her bark, sense of smell and magical fiery tale to be brave and seek out her friends in the wonderous Woolston Park.
All the sound effects and character's voices were performed by the children from Year 3. The story is narrated by Tom Barry. The music and singing were composed, written and performed by Flick Goodman.
