If you're looking for free or low-cost mental health tips to access therapy, support groups, inpatient or outpatient mental health hospital care, these are the life hacks you need! (Especially for low income, no insurance, or broke college students) Coming from a low-income family, I always believed in my youth that I couldn't afford mental health care...I was wrong! I don't know why almost no one is talking about these free or affordable mental health resources, but since I wish someone had told me earlier, I'm here to share with you!
