Living is Healing! What a beautiful heartfelt connection with Christian John, Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Advocate and content creator.

Christian shares his story medicine weaving us through his birth story, childhood and adolescent experiences growing up with a pathological narcissistic father who was also a spiritual mediation and yoga teacher!

We speak about modern psychology, the gap in support and reflections for child who have suffered under pathological narcissism. Christian shares with us his journey around addiction, his recovery, his presence in the on-line space , growing up in a confusing home with wealth, power, divorced parents, and so much more .

This episode with Christian is close and dear to my heart as I have shared in small moments on the podcast aspects of my childhood growing up with a narcissistic parent.
