While currently devoted to Motherhood, she has a background as a Yoga, Meditation, & Movement teacher, a Human Design Guide, and is currently enrolled with the School of Breathwork to receive an International Certificate in Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery. Alison leads her life with intentionality & purpose as she strives to live and parent in ways that break free from generational and societal patterns.

You don’t need a "license" to give breath at birth.
