We speak to Dr Abeyna Bubbers-Jones about her journey into medicine and how she started her organisation, Medic Footprints. Dr Abeyna is a Consultant Occupation Health Physician and the founder of Medic Footprints, a social impact organisation connecting doctors with alternative careers and wellbeing support.

In this episode, we discuss the challenges she faced during her journey and how she overcame this and used the lessons learned into creating a successful organisation. We delve into the realities of being a doctor in the NHS and explore the culture that prevents doctors from exploring careers outside of medicine.
