Sọrọ sókè(Speak Up!!) is the current trend here in Nigeria. There's an ongoing protest in Nigeria by youths asking for an end to a particular unit of the Police as well as reforms of the Police. The Language has been #ENDSARS #ENDSWAT #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY. As much as you wanna speak up against SARS, it is okay to also speak up when you're not fine, when you get to that point where you feel you can no longer continue. I shared few tips on how you can protect your mental health during this period.
