The prevailing sociopolitical and economic realities facing our country is a backdrop of a number of factors that counts from bad leadership to bad followership, but many at times what really surfaces and is counted as a sacrilege is when the leaders are with the bad shoes, but it's obvious that without a guilty fellowership, there is no evil leadership as our discussion today begs the question; *who is the mad man?*, the leadership or the followership?
