My guest this month is Adam Vogel. Coach Vogel works at Homewood Flossmoor High School, which is a southern suburb of Chicago. At HF he is in charge of not only strength and conditioning, but is also the department chair for PE, health, and drivers Ed. He is also the Illinois state director for the NHSSCA. We sit down and talk about his transition from his previous school Bradley-Bourbannais, to his current role at HF. Coach Vogel then gives us some great insight into his multi-layered programming.
