What's holding you back? - A motivation for quitting Porn & Masturbation
You are failing to stay true to yourself, you are constantly lying to yourself. You are comforting yourself with lies. You are doing what everybody else is doing. It's time you make a change and start thinking differently. You listen to and watch every positive thing out there but you are failing to execute. It's time, what's holding you back? The fear of what? You are born to be a man, don't lose yourself into negative useless things. Develop self-control, fight your brain into not watching porn and masturbation and when you master self-control, you start to look at the positive side and avoid anything that's negative. In order to quit, ask yourself two questions:  Where does it lead me?  Where will it leave me? Ask yourself that whenever you are falling back, you have a lot of reasons to not quit. Just find your purpose, and make it into your motivation and never give up. Stay tuned for more podcasts and for in-depth recovery for this addiction.
