Hustle isn't really cool as it has been portrayed on Instagram or social media. In 2020, the problem with hustle culture is that it promotes a very unhealthy lifestyle; we stop caring about our diets, workouts and most importantly sleep. We think we move forward by doing that but in actual we are creating more obstacles on our way to success without even knowing, and very soon we get burnt out. Take a break, don't compete with others, don't take social media motivation too seriously.
