Questioning first – When it comes to really try to get to know people, we should always ask them as many questions as we can to build enough trust to make the others feel like we asked them enough to let them know what to do in life. 

 Never disagree – Whatever answers the other person gives you, never ever interrupt and disagree with them, it will make them feel uncomfortable, and people feel judged so easily. 

 ‘What if’ moments – This is an excellent idea on how to express your honest opinions and tell people what to do following with a result they will achieve if they listen to you.  

 Giving your own example – Your words won’t matter if you haven’t accomplished anything yourself, I’m not saying you should be a millionaire or own expensive things,  your words and advice becomes 1000x powerful when you’re successful yourself, even a little successful.
