He also chairs INSOL International's Asian Advisory Council. Scott was appointed global chair of Norton Rose Fulbright on 1 January 2023.  He also serves as global co-head of financial restructuring and insolvency, the firm's Australian chair, and head of the Australian risk advisory practice.
