In episode #20 of the New Zealand Brewer Podcast we are joined by Sam Whitney, the head brewer at Wellington's Hey Day Beer Co.
Sam lets us in on the process of setting up their relatively new Wellington Brew Pub and discusses the joys of getting to brew a different beer with almost every brew, as apposed to being stuck brewing the same five or six beers over and over again like most production breweries tend to.
Sam was also generous enough to share the recipe for their Foxtail West Coast Double IPA.
