Is Your Food Doing Something For You or Is It Doing Something to You?

Peter Greenlaw emphasizing that the traditional approach to health, focused on counting calories and various diet plans, isn't working. He highlights the TDOS Syndrome® (Toxicity, Deficiency, Overweight, Stress), which he believes undermines our health. Peter has collaborated with top experts, written bestsellers, and conducted over 1,500 lectures globally.

His key message is that our bodies need proper nutrition, especially trace minerals and amino acids, which are often missing in today's food, even organic. According to Peter, diets that focus on calorie reduction often result in loss of muscle, not fat, leading to slower metabolism. Instead, he suggests prioritizing nutrient-dense, low-calorie foods that genuinely support bodily functions and overall health. He challenges us to ask: Is your food doing something for you or to you? Visit www.thenewhealthconversation.com for more information.
