In this episode, we welcome the newest member of the team here at Delta Neuro Health - Dr. Jill Wagner! She is our gut and hormonal health expert, which is exactly what she discusses today in this episode.

Dr. Jill Wagner became a licensed pharmacist after completing her PharmD from the University of Pittsburgh. After completing a one-year residency at The Ohio State University, she worked as an inpatient pharmacist at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center for years, covering a wide variety of specialties. During this time, she noticed the health care model mainly focused on symptom management rather than looking for and addressing the root cause of illness. Dr. Wagner therefore felt the need to explore alternative approaches that prioritized individualized care and healing, and found that Functional Medicine principles matched with what she had been seeking.

Driven by a desire to help patients find the true cause of their health problems, Dr. Wagner began her new training by completing coursework through the School of Applied Functional Medicine. Shortly after, she began working with individuals to help them in their pursuit of getting well and staying well. By offering a blend of lifestyle modifications, functional lab testing, and targeted supplementation, Dr. Wagner guides patients towards sustainable wellness transformations that address the true cause of their health concerns. She provides comprehensive consultations aimed at addressing a wide range of health issues, from chronic conditions to general wellness optimization.
