The NETFIT Yo-Remix is the ULTIMATE netball test! Laura Langman has put a spin on the traditional 'Yo-Yo' to also test our catching and passing skills under fatigue. As you cross the line for each level, you receive a pass, turn fully and deliver a strong pass to the catcher standing 5m away. Then it's back to the line for your next 20m shuttle on the beep. If you're a shooter, Laura has a special challenge from you. As you return from your 20m shuttle, you'll receive the pass in the goal circle, put up a shot, and get back on the line ready to run again! Your final score is your yo-yo level plus your catching and passing (or shooting) accuracy! Go hard!
