He is Sommelier and Cheese Sommelier. Julian is also a Core Team Member of the Identity Project Group and Project Leader Identity Project Republic South Africa. He is a MapsTell Guide and a Game Changer! In 2021, he launched ‘GastAmo Consulting' mainly helping Hospitality firms maximize their goals.
