The MYH Podcast Weekly Checkin Episode 5

This week’s checkin is a little different, instead of work and long drives, it’s been all about family. I’ve had the boys with me all week and we’ve packed in bike rides, camping (even if it was just outside the flat!), football, laughs, and plenty of food stops.

It’s been a busy one in a whole new way, and I’ve loved every minute of it. I talk about the highs and challenges of being a dad, what I’ve been learning about myself through therapy, and why this week has felt like real progress.

Plus, I’m introducing a new feature: my Song of the Week. This time it’s Killeagh by Kingfishr which you can also find on the brand-new Weekly Check-in playlist on Spotify.
