On this episode of the MYH Podcast Rob sits down with James. James is a decorator from leamington spa in Warwickshire. Rob and James connected on instagram a few years ago, and when Rob put a story out about needing some help with the podcast studio James jumped into action. James and talks about his journey with mental health and how an accident at work had more than just a physical affect on him and what lead him down a dark path. James also talks about how he looks after his self now and the work he does to support not only the MYH Podcast but other people that are doing work to support people with there mentle health and well-being.
