JJ Lovegrove (Judi)JJ Lovegrove is an independent solo artist currently on a full scholarship with the prestigious Ivors Academy. Championed by the BBC Introducing & Radio 1 Future Alternative teams, alongside various festival appearances & tour supports including Another Sky, Natalie McCool, Roxanne de Bastion & Leif Erikson, her music has been compared to the Cocteau Twins, Kate Bush & Ella Fitzgerald from the dark side of the moon with Bowie thrown in there too.

JJ's debut album 'The Lines We Leave Behind' will be out in August 2023, following on from her 'THINGS ONLY THE DARK KNOWS’ EP. 'Lie Detector', is the first

single from the new album & is out now.

Alongside her solo work, JJ also works collaboratively with Minus Cube an independent musician & producer based in Cornwall. Together they have released four singles including 'RIGHT WHERE IT BELONGS’, a haunting reworking of the Nine Inch Nails track. They are currently working on new tracks to follow their newly released singles ‘BETTER’ & ‘DESIRE LINE’.
