Episode 35: Healing Isn’t Pretty, It’s Holy

BEWARE if you are easily triggered. This is one the realest, rawest episodes so far! We touch on things that most people won't. In this soul-activating episode of the Mushroom Mamasita Podcast, I sit down with Colleen— womb witch, intuitive, and truth-teller—for a raw and radiant conversation about embodiment, healing, and what it means to truly come alive.

Colleen shares her winding path from disconnection and overgiving to radical reclamation. We talk about energetic burnout, mother wounds, spiritual awakening, and how plant medicine helped her dissolve the masks and return to her body as sacred ground.

Together we explore the deep work of integrating all parts of the self: shadow, sensuality, rage, and radiance and how reclaiming your fire is an act of love. This is a conversation for anyone who’s ever felt like they’ve lost themselves in the noise of expectation, and are ready to remember the wild, worthy truth of who they are.

Every episode I will share a book that I feel supports the message or theme of each show. I feel called to share Women Don't Owe You Pretty by Florence Given

Listener discretion is advised: This podcast discusses sensitive topics related to trauma, abuse, addiction and psychedelic therapy, which may be sensitive or triggering for some listeners.  I encourage listeners to engage mindfully and take care of themselves throughout the conversation.
