Sipify Straw: Helping people with tremors be able to enjoy coffee again. Guest Alice Stone

What started as a straw to keep you from getting coffee stains on your teeth, has been found to help a host of other interesting things! We welcome Alice Stone, creator of the Sipify straw. The Sipify straw's benefits and design were to drink hot coffee with a straw that will bypass the front teeth, aerate the liquid to cool it down, flat design to help prevent spilling. Other professionals have reported that it helps their compromised patients. SLP's reported the design forces smaller sips, which was helpful for stroke recovery and patients with aspiration risk. ENT reported it would be beneficial for oral cancer patients who need to learn to sip. Parkinsons who have tremors and shake can enjoy a cup of coffee again.
