
Prior to founding The RADCO Companies, Norman built a career in real estate litigation, workouts, and transactions. He earned a JD from New York Law School in 1981 and a BA from SUNY Plattsburgh in 1978, holds law licenses in New York and Georgia, and received a PhD from Kennesaw State University in 2023.
As Chairman of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees, he helped guide a 47,000+ student university through major growth. Over 13 years, the campus doubled in size with $500 million in new buildings that he helped finance and develop. He is the Benefactor of the Norman J. Radow College of Humanities and Social Sciences.
Norman serves on the New York Law School Board of Trustees and previously taught as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University School of Law. A recognized industry expert and speaker, he has appeared on CNBC and Bloomberg and in the Wall Street Journal and New York Times.
