In this What’s What with Klutz episode, I provide personal training updates, highlights recent indoor track races emphasizing women's distance running (duh), and shares thoughts on the role and perceptions of influencers in the running community. 

After overcoming a foot injury, I talk about my return to training, detailing the excitement of running 35 miles over six days a week, alongside biking and strength training. I share plans to participate in upcoming races, including the Valkyrie trail race and the Vail hill climb, and hint at a birthday challenge involving running 34 miles. 

The episode then transitions to discuss the world of women's indoor track, celebrating recent achievements and expressing enthusiasm for the sport's future, particularly focusing on athletes like Parker Valby. 

Lastly, the discussion turns to the influence of social media on running, debating the merits and criticisms of influencers receiving free race entries and the expectations placed on these individuals for their content and personal training choices.
