This month’s Spiritual Conversations in Trauma Healing is “Resistance, Avoidance, Fear, and Truth”.  Debbie Zeits and Judy Dragon discuss the differences between denial and resistance and resistance and avoidance. They ask and discuss whether we can acknowledge the resistance, how it shows up, and what can be done when it appears in trauma healing. Additionally, there is a dive into somatic truth, and what it means as the truth and validity of repressed memories that show signs in the body, and what people tend to dismissively say about what someone who shares their inner truth in what they have remembered. Stories are shared, and Creator’s teachings are given.
