You'd be hard-pressed to find a film franchise more in-grained in American popular culture than Rocky. From the rugged neo-realism of the original classic, to the America-fuck-yeah hilarity of Rocky IV, all the way through to Ryan Coogler's brilliance in the franchise's reboot, Rocky has taken on a lot of different forms, but never fails to entertain. Well, except maybe for Rocky V.
In honor of the release of Creed III, this time on the podcast, Spencer, Collin, and Nick revisit the entire Rocky franchise to talk about the highlights, the lowlights, and all the robots in-between while working together to create a combined ranking of the nine movies to date. Spoiler alert: Rocky V is not our #1.
