The MoveU Method

The MoveU Method is a research-based, core to extremities total body alignment & strength exercise training system to help you understand and correct deep-rooted posture and movement misalignments that cause chronic pain and tightness in your fitness and everyday life.

Most of us are living with misalignments in our bodies that stay with us constantly—24/7. Though there is some uniqueness, most of your misalignments generally fall into predictable patterns that explain common injuries and chronic pain. Think about it: you walk, exercise, and even do rehab exercises while misaligned! The Method will assist you in identifying and correcting your own misalignments, as well as maintaining joint alignment throughout the day using "joint centration".


The MoveU Method teaches five optimal positions (Core Brace, Hip Hinge, Scap Scoop, Ground Force, & Head Pivot) one at a time. Your goal is to learn all five by working through all five programs and then connect them into one total body alignment as you go about your day-to-day activities.
