In this episode we begin with a simple breathing practice, opening our hearts and minds to the information that may come. We then explore the word eclectic and its connection to a spiritual and religious journey, specifically my own. I share my experience attending an English-speaking church in Munich and the sense of community I found there. From there we move into the idea of humility and how it can expand our possibilities. Finally we discuss the difference between purpose and personality, and how purpose can be a source of energy.
