Ep.4 - Grief

Welcome to episode four where hosts Demi & Jeanine will be sharing about grief that they’ve experienced and are experiencing.

Grief is the acute pain that accompanies loss. Because it is a reflection of what we love, it can feel all- encompassing. Grief is not limited to loss of people. It can be to animals, relationships, and there’s always ambiguous grieving.

There are seven stages of grieving. You may experience one, some or all and in no particular order. They are; shock, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance, and the processing of grief.

Demi and Jeanine encourage listeners to have an open mind as they share the ways in which grief affect their lives.

Tune in weekly on Tuesdays at 5am EST to download their latest episode.

Join them on the rollercoaster of unfiltered thoughts and honest talks as they finally drag out the secrets from under the carpet.
