It's Broken River, Minnesota's favorite time of year! River Days are here at last! The river town's annual festival is ready to kick off. But first, it's time for some tough conversations. Sutton finds out that the town has a new protector, who's got his eyes on her. Jack reveals to her parole officer what's really going on. And Robert… actually has a really nice time at the festival! And then something else happens!
