In the summer of 2017 I graduated from college, put on my big boy pants, packed up a microphone, and set out about the world. The MonkeyBuddha Tapes is the product of that! Year 1 was recorded in the Kabarole District of Uganda where I worked as a Conservation Fellow for the Kibale Forest Schools Program and recorded conversations with coworkers, school principles, and many confused mzungus. Year 2 was recorded at the University of Chicago as I earned my master's degree in social sciences and psychology and recorded conversations with many of the brilliant minds the university has to offer. What's next? Only time will tell!
