Right now, it’s a very difficult climate for satire, what with the disappearance of most such shows from British television screens, and the problems experienced in the US by Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel, whosoever they may be. Clearly what is required right now is an entitled privately-educated man to blunder onto the airwaves, label various politicians complete bastards and then be abruptly detained by the security services.
