In a time when baseball stadiums lay dormant, I bring my hometown baseball team, the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs, to the world, armed with only a voice recorder, a Youtube video of ambient crowd noise, and a vivid imagination. With a playoff spot all but sewn up, the Mohawk Valley Diamond Dawgs (27-10) are looking toward something they have not enjoyed in their ten years in the PGCBL: an Eastern Division title. A win over the Watertown Rapids (14-27) at Veteran's Memorial Park would go a long way towards wrapping up the title, but the Rapids have a chance to play spoiler! Can the Rapids make the last week of the regular season a horse race to the title?
