Lily has gained a huge loyal community on TikTok since documenting her fitness journey all the way back at school when she was 16/17. This is one of the first times Lily has spoken openly about a period of her life where she moved to Dubai at 17, in an unhealthy relationship where she thought there was no way out. To now, feeling happy and secure, sharing more and more about fitness to inspire and help more females, and she has just built her dream gym which has now officially opened!
