How to Love Me is a podcast for men and women to discover what it is to love a woman in today's world.
It explores different women from different places, doing different things and describing for them what it takes to love them and how they want to be loved, to feel love, to know love.
We can all agree that women are complex. We can agree that women are unique. What we are exploring is are there any similarities? What can we find or does each woman have her own love blueprint and did she find anyone to uncover, explore, deep dive into her and what is that like to experience?

12 years now in operation, and one of the topics I write about is 'The Inner Man'.
I've been championing men for over a decade now, and in particular the topics that they find confronting. Who am I. What am I here for? Challenging addictions, sex, love and relationships.
During the 2019 event of ManifestAUS, I moderated two panels. One was talking on what Men face today in the 21st century, where we have a stellar panel of four men talking on the issues that are truly affecting men today, and the second panel was Women who Champion Men. In this panel, the Q&A time revealed two very telling topics. One, men don't understand how to be intimate with their women, and two, they are desperate to find the tools and resources to become who they were meant to become in their lifetimes.
