How to Love Me is a podcast for men and women to discover what it is to love a woman in today's world.
It explores different women from different places, doing different things and describing for them what it takes to love them and how they want to be loved, to feel love, to know love.
We can all agree that women are complex. We can agree that women are unique. What we are exploring is are there any similarities? What can we find or does each woman have her own love blueprint and did she find anyone to uncover, explore, deep dive into her and what is that like to experience?

ABOUT NIKKI
Some people dream of being an entrepreneur, while others are born with entrepreneurship in their bones. Refusing to be boxed into the normalcy of a 9-5 job, Milk Bottle Projects’ Director, Nikki Williams is a young, female talent who, at 21 years of age, decided that she wanted to run her own agency from the comfort of her laptop anywhere in the world.
Williams, who dabbles in photography in her free time, attends events as an A-list guest and has worked with Susan Sarandon and Goldie Hawn, combined her love of the Melbourne cultural food scene and PR know- how to forge a specialised marketing agency, as well as a reputable name in the business as a marketing mogul in the fast moving world of hospitality at the young age of 28.
With a resume that spans over ten years and industry stories that will make your jaw drop, Williams has extensive experience in the field, including working as Snoop Dogg’s PR girl in New York (remember that time he changed his name to Snoop Lion? Yeah, that was her!). All the impressive accolades aside, Williams’ passion and keen eye on emerging hospitality and lifestyle trends has allowed her to lead the pack and work with some of the largest names in the Australian hospitality and lifestyle industries - RACV and Vitasoy being some major players who have entrusted Williams’ expertise for their growth.
“The competitive nature of the industry means it’s important to stay ahead of trends and changes within the industry. It’s also vital to have a knowledge of the industry in question, including everything from how to create cocktails, terminology when describing dishes and looking into the heritage and history of dishes when working with food from different cultures,” Williams states, a testament to her experience with not only just being the Director of a digital marketing agency, but also having been a part of the hospitality scene from the bottom up. This is why it’s part of the Milk Bottle Projects’ promise to take staff out to interesting venues and experience interesting food-based events. Have you eaten Ethiopian food with your bare hands? Have you done a molecular cocktail class? How about learning the science behind the perfect coffee, depending on the plant-based milk you use? These are all experiences we need to have to do our job effectively and we pride ourselves on our knowledge of yes, PR and digital marketing, but also hospitality as a whole. When asked where the name ‘Milk Bottle Projects’ comes from, Williams alludes to a yesteryear where the humble milkman delivered fresh, quality milk to your doorstep, “friendly, direct and consistent service that makes your life easier, that’s what we strive for our service to be.”
