S6: Handling Change is Harder in My 30s - A Series of Unfortunate Events *AUDIOVLOG*

I AM BACK after 4 months out! I missed being here, but tbh I just wasn't ready. 2024 may have knocked me a lot harder than ’23 (!!?)–because boy was it full of change and uncertainty–so much so, I took time off podcasting to refocus on getting well and clear. So here's my life update. The theme is: Rejection + Reflection = Redirection.

The end of the year is usually the time for taking stock of impactful events, so here are mine, my self-observations along the way, and what I’m taking into 2025.

Themes in this episode:

-Being laid off work

-When it rains it pours (a series of unfortunate events)

-Having an unexpected healing period and starting again in my early thirties

-Living in alignment with my values

-Life choices... What did this period teach me?

-Knowing yourself, your limits and capacity – and when to ask for help!

-Doing what feels authentic, not doing what you “should” do

-Reframing periods of ‘not achieving’ to something that's kinder to yourself

-Living from a place fear vs. from a place of love
